Dainippon Eco Engineering was first incorporated in 1980 under the name of DIC plant as the water engineering arm of the world leading chemical company, Dainippon Ink Corporation (known today under the name of DIC) with the vision to provide engineering, construction and operation services to DIC group and other industrial and public clients in the water and wastewater fields.
During the past quarter century, our company had built strong references and accumulated know-how for public works in drinking water, sewerage, sceptic tanks and recycling sytems, but also brought to the industrial clients the best of water and wastewater treatment engineering services in Chemical processing, Fine chemical, Food, Paper and other industrial fields, under the name of DIC-Degremont, during the partnership period some leading engineering and construction companies.
Today, with almost 30 years of experiences and some hundreds of significant achievements, DEE prides itself as one the leading engineering firm in the water and wastewater industry, enhancing DIC group's vision to best serve the society with the environmental protection and sustainable development concerns. The recent alliance from early 2008 with the world leader in water industry, Veolia Water, provides further development perspectives to DEE in extending scope of services to the full water cycle and also in introducing latest technologies and innovative outsourcing solutions.

Outsourcing Concept
DEE has been providing engineering services from design, construction, operation, maintenance, analysis, sludge and waste management and soil remediation.
Moreover DEE can now offer innovative outsourcing contractual schemes with objective to build long-term win-win relationships with our clients. Through the long-term partnership contract, we can develop specific solutions to solve various clients' problems and satisfy new needs, such as financing issues, manpower issues, wastewater quality changes due to new product manufacturing, regulation changes, energy saving or CO2 emission reduction needs.
